Abstract: The present invention provides a shock absorbing aid for a human body ensuring an effective alleviation of a shock to the human body. In the present invention, air bags are inflated upon a detection of separation of a wearer's body from an object of contact, such as when the wearer has fallen from an aerial place, thereby making it possible to absorb a shock to the human body with the aid of the air bags even when the wearer has directly dropped on the ground or the like.
