The humidity-sensitive substrate has two different humidity-sensitive elements for achieving a self-regulating temperature compensation feature. The present invention of the humidity-sensitive element having the saturated salt solution can maintain the amount of humidity in the air regardless of the temperature.

    Abstract: A wheel assembly of an exercise machine includes a base having a fixed disk. A flywheel is provided on the base. A damper, which is provided on the fixed disk, has a displacement mechanism and a magnet assembly connected to the displacement mechanism and moved by the displacement mechanism toward or away from the flywheel. A motor is provided on the fixed disk and connected to the displacement mechanism for adjusting a position of the magnet assembly. A control circuit, which has a processor, an angle sensor connected to the processor and a memory, is connected to the motor and the damper to sense the position of the magnet assembly and control the motor driving the displacement mechanism to adjust the position of the magnet assembly. Therefore, the memory stores resistance parameters of presetting the magnet assembly acting on the flywheel to achieve the presetting function.

The baking device of the present invention includes a temperature sensor, a weight sensor or an impedance sensor to judge the current browning level of a baked food by the difference in temperature, the weight or the impedance of the baked food. It then compares the results with the reliable browning level stored in the microprocessor of the baking device. The comparing result of the current browning level and the reliable browning are used as a basis of whether to continue to heat the thermal grid or not.

    Abstract: A speed adjuster is provided in a belt-disc sander for controlling the rotating speed of a motor of the belt-disc sander. A speed adjust knob is disposed outside the belt-disc sander. The speed adjuster has a control circuit, a current sensor, a drive circuit, and a converter. The current sensor detects the motor current and feeds back to the control circuit, which controls the frequency variation of a SPWM signal of the drive circuit in response to the input of the speed adjust knob. The converter transforms the square wave voltage into an AC voltage for driving the motor. The desired rotating speed can be adjusted through the speed adjust knob. The control circuit will compare the present rotating speed of the motor with the set rotating speed to determine whether the present rotating speed conforms to the set one for correcting the rotating speed of the motor.

The single-stage converter used in the ballast is an integration of a bi-directional flyback converter and two half-bridge series-resonant parallel-loaded inverters. Unlike conventional approaches, the rectified and filtered input voltage is directly added to a set of battery voltages in the proposed system, so as to reduce the fabrication cost by simplifying the circuit configuration and the number of active switching elements.
