Abstract: Disclosed herein are exemplary medical devices for delivery of compositions. Medical devices disclosed herein comprise components for the intake of one or more compositions through one port so that little to none of the composition is lost within the device because the composition is then delivered out the same port throughwhich the composition was drawn into the device.
Abstract: The present invention comprises methods and devices comprising a cutting element used to contact circumferentially and longitudinally the surface walls of the endocervical canal to provide for broad and complete contact of the intended surface with the device, resulting in attainment of a sufficient volume and comprehensive tissue sample for analysis as an endocervical curettage or screening pap smear. The device may provide for a reservoir for the obtained sample to be contained when removing from the cervical canal and vagina. The device may be comprised of a detachable means or be of a material that allows the user to cut the sampling head of the device for placement in collection means to maximize the amount of tissue or cells being sent to the laboratory for analysis.

Abstract: The present invention comprises methods and devices for generating and providing contrast medium for sonography of structures such as ducts or cavities. The invention provides for creation of a contrast medium comprising detectable acoustic variations between two phases, for example, a gas and a liquid. Sonography is the primary means of imaging but other conventional detection means may also be employed with the present invention.
Abstract: The present invention comprises methods, compositions, devices and systems for determining the status of, or treating, a body structure or conduit. An embodiment of the invention comprises a fluid pressure control device for pressure control of fluid introduced into a body structure or conduit.
Abstract: The present invention comprises methods and devices comprising a scraping element used to contact circumferentially and longitudinally the surface walls of the uterine cavity to provide for broad contact of the intended surface with the device, resulting in attainment of a sufficient volume and comprehensive tissue sample for analysis as an endometrial biopsy or screening uterine cancer. The device may provide for a reservoir for the obtained sample to be contained when removing from the uterine cavity, cervical canal, and vagina. The device may be comprised of a detachable means or be of a material that allows the user to cut the sampling head of the device for placement in collection means to maximize the amount of tissue or cells being sent to the laboratory for analysis.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are exemplary medical devices for controlled delivery of material compositions, particularly occlusive, therapeutic, or diagnostic compositions.

Abstract: The present invention disclosed exemplary variably lockable syringe assemblies, methods of making and using the same. Such syringe assemblies can be used in multiple medical, surgical, veterinary and research applications. A syringe assembly disclosed herein may dispense a dose of a composition one or more times by locking and unlocking the plunger.

Abstract: The present invention comprises systems, methods and devices for the delivery of compositions for occluding or of means for opening conduits. The implantable occlusive material may be delivered pre-formed or in situ cured and, may be a resorbable material that supports tissue ingrowth that eventually replaces the material leaving little or no original material in place. The delivery system is positioned to allow for placement of the occlusive material into the body conduit. Use of delivery systems, methods and devices for re-opening an occluded body conduit are also included.
