Abstract: An external rearview mirror of an automotive vehicle, in particular a utility vehicle and more particularly agricultural tractors, comprises a housing (1) for supporting and receiving a rearview mirror (2), a mounting assembly (3) for the housing (1) on a door (4) or on a body element and adjustment element (5) for the housing by at least one electrical motor. The adjustment for the housing is essentially constituted by a drive (7) secured to the housing (1) and by a pair of drive motors (6) coacting with the drive (7) each directly by a drive pinion (8).
