The first closure part and the second closure part can be attached to each other along a closing direction by magnetic attraction between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, are mechanically and/or magnetically held at each other in a closed position, and can be separated from each other for opening the closure device. A connecting part includes a fastening device for fastening the second closure part to the connecting part and an integration portion for fixing the connecting part to a second one of the assemblies.
