    Abstract: A point of view multimedia provision may be provided. Embodiments of the provision may enable entities to integrate detection devices within a venue for data capture. The provision may further enable entities to implement access points to receive and transmit captured data from the detection devices. Users of the provision may use embodiments to ingest, analyze and process the data according to certain rules. Subsequently, the processed data may be combined into point-of-view content provided to end users. End users may use embodiments of the provision to request specific point of view content, receive such requested content, manipulate the content and provide feedback based on the provided content.

    Abstract: A wearable helmet system with integrated peripherals may be provided. In some embodiments, the integrated peripherals may be provided without a helmet, but configured to be adapted into a helmet to form a helmet system consistent with embodiments of the present disclosure. The helmet system may comprise a helmet adapted for sports play. The helmet may be integrated with a plurality of peripheral devices such as, for example, but not limited to, at least one camera configured to capture video data, at least one microphone configured to capture audio data, a communications module, a power module, and a processing module. The processing module is configured to control an operation of the integrated peripheral devices based on, for example, but not limited to, instructions received via the communications module and a location of the helmet.

    Abstract: A point of view platform may be comprised of an ingest layer; a processing layer; a rules engine; and a streaming layer. The ingest layer may be configured to: receive audio, video, and telemetric data associated with a plurality of capturing devices. The rules engine may be configured to: determine a plurality of views to be generated from the received data, and derive a set of rules for processing the received data to generate each of the plurality of views. The processing layer may be configured to derive metadata from the received data, apply the set of rules for processing the data, process the received data based on the metadata and the rules, and generate content associated with each of the plurality of views. The streaming layer may be configured to: receive an end-user selection of a particular view and stream the content associated with the particular view.
