    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a platform for the tracking and management of stress encountered by a user. Biometric data corresponding to the stress of the user is collected and analyzed to determine the stress level of a user. In one embodiment, this data is cross-referenced with data such as data from a user's calendar operable to provide context and/or reason to the stress level. Based on the data, conversation models and resources are operable to be provided to the user to help in mitigating and managing stress.
