Abstract: An exercise assembly has a target. At least one compression loop is coupled to the target. A rotatable member is coupled to the at least one compression loop. A support locks the rotatable member at a desired angle. At least one clamp is coupled to the support securing the exercise assembly to a building structure, wherein the at least one clamp moves in a forward and rearward direction relative to the building structure. At least one horizontal locking mechanism is coupled to the support securing the exercise assembly to the building structure, wherein the at least one horizontal locking mechanism moves in a horizontal direction relative to the building structure.
