  • Patent number: 8171962
Abstract: Device for filling an aerosol container with a liquid using in particular a filling arrangement equipped with a pusher element (12), includes a cup designed to accommodate the liquid for filling the aerosol container, this cup being provided on its bottom with an injection opening adapted to the valve of the aerosol container, a piston head (7) acting by pushing on the filling liquid contained in the cup for transferring it from the cup to the container. The piston head (7) comes in the form of a scraper in continuous contact with the inside wall of the cup during the transfer operation. The piston head (7) is shaped to work with the cup after transfer to keep the piston head (7) within the cup to form an airtight wall that retains the residual liquid that has not been transferred within the cup.

  • Patent number: 7770763
Abstract: The invention relates to a precision cover (1) with a spout (5) for closing a container of liquid or particulate product of the type in which the top of the cover forms a spout (5) with a sliding seal (2) that is acted upon by a spring (4) and whose motion is controlled by a pivoting opening lever (3). This cover (1) is characterized in that the pivoting opening lever (3) controls at least two different modes of operation of the sliding seal (2), one in which, for a given angular shift of the control lever (3), the seal (2) is moved by a low value relative to the opening of the spout (5), and the other in which, for the same angular shift of the control lever (3), the sliding seal (2) is moved by a higher value relative to the opening of the spout (5) so as to allow the operator to meter the flow rate of the container's contents with very high precision in the first mode and with a high value of opening in the second mode.

  • Patent number: 7523768
Abstract: An installation for filling a receptacle includes at least one frame delimiting a chamber closed at least partially by a protective door for the reception of an aerosol receptacle to be filled with liquid product, this chamber housing, elements for holding a cup adapted to receive the product to be filled at a position located above the place for reception of the aerosol receptacle in a position of contact with the valve of the aerosol receptacle, and a pusher element movable between at least two operative positions to give rise, by pressing on the liquid contained in the cup, the transfer of this liquid through an opening of the cup into the aerosol receptacle. The movement of the pusher element between its different operative positions is controlled by the movement of opening the protective door.

  • Publication number: 20080197251
Abstract: The invention relates to a cover (1) for closing a can that is equipped with an internal, radially peripheral rim, whereby said cover comprises at least two rotary cam (7) levers (2, 3), spring-loaded (4), and axially movable by so-called complementary surfaces (8; 10, 11, 12), respectively borne by the cover (1) and the cam lever (2, 3), working together during the driving in rotation of the levers (2, 3) to pass from a closed position of the cover (1), in which the cam (7) rests under the rim of the can, to an open position, in which the cam (7) is released from said rim, whereby the axial movement of the lever (2, 3) in the direction in which the cam (7) is removed from the cover (1) causes a compression of the spring (4). This cover is characterized in that the complementary surfaces (8; 10, 11, 12) are shaped to have at least one zone (8; 10) of less stress on the spring (4) corresponding to the open position of the cover (1) for the purpose of preventing any premature wear on the spring (4).

  • Patent number: 7000650
Abstract: Installation for filling aerosol receptacles comprising a filling station for aerosol receptacles, having a frame, a cylinder whose lower portion is adapted to come into engagement with the valve of an aerosol receptacle. The cylinder is mounted removably on the frame of the filling station, in a position located above the position for receiving the aerosol receptacle, by a jack driving a piston with recipricatory movement in the cylinder to cause liquid contained in the cylinder to pass through the valve in engagement with the cylinder. The filling station extends above a washing and drying station having at least one reservoir of washing fluid provided in its upper portion, extending above the maximum level of the fluid in the reservoir, with elements for suspending the cylinder so as to ensure draining.
