Abstract: A device (10) includes multiple containers storing different respective tints, a horizontal axis carousel carrying the containers disposed in a circumferential configuration, a support (18) for a collector receptacle (16), the carousel indexed to a delivery position where the expulsion orifice of a selected container is placed in register with the collector receptacle, with metering means controlling the expulsion of a predetermined quantity of tint into the collector receptacle, the carousel driven in permanent rotation to produce a gravity field that turns relative to the contents of the containers and that is suitable for preventing particles present in suspension in the tints from settling, the carousel has multiple cells (14) each defining a closed inside volume suitable for housing in airtight manner a flexible deformable pouch (22) containing one of the base tints, with means for pressurizing the inside volume of the cell prior to expelling the base tint.
Abstract: A stirrer device (1a, 1b) includes at least one shaft (13), a first blade-type stirrer assembly (3) and a second blade-type stirrer assembly (2), characterized in that the blade-type stirrer assemblies are movable relative to each other in the axial direction. Also provided is a method of adjusting the above stirrer device.
Abstract: This device includes metering valves (31, 32, 33)arranged in at least one circumferential row in such a manner that the valves of a circumferential row follow a circular path (TC1, TC2, TC3) during rotation of the dispenser device. It further includes a cleaner system for cleaning the valves and including at least one stationary dry brush (41, 42, 51, 52, 60) that is arranged on at least one circular path (TC1, TC2, TC3) in such a manner as to come into rubbing contact against the valves of at least one circumferential row of valves.
Abstract: An installation for filling an aerosol container with liquid, whereby the aerosol container including at least one frame, elements for holding a scoop of liquid for filling on the frame at a mount point located above the point where the aerosol container is mounted, a pushing element with a removable piston head, and elements that indicate when the piston head is not attached to the pushing element. The indicating elements assume the shape of a movable stop between an active position—in which the stop is placed on the trajectory followed by the scoop during its installation in its mount point on the frame and prevents the installation—and an inactive position—in which the stop allows the installation, whereby this stop, returned to the active position, is held in the inactive position by the piston head, in the attached state of the piston head on the pushing element.
Abstract: A paint stirring machine of the type driven by stirrer lids, on each of which is mounted a paint can, the stirrer lids being suspended by supports with lateral slide-rails on shelves (3) of the machine and individually driven by a front meshing pinion engaged on a rotating endless screw of the shelf, the machine including two vertical posts (1) supporting the shelves, one of the posts including, enclosed in a housing, the assembly of pulleys and belt driving the closed lids in a housing, the assembly of pulleys and belts driving the endless screws of the shelves. Furthermore, the endless screw bearings (19) and the assembly of pulleys and belts driving the endless screws are pre-assembled adjusted on the corresponding post (1).
