Abstract: A mixing and/or scraping assembly mixes apparatus for food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products, includes a mixing arm assembly and at least one mixing and/or scraping element that is removably connectable to each other. The mixing and/or scraping element is removably couplable with at least a first mixing arm and a second mixing arm by way of first and second anchors. In particular, at least one of the anchors is provided with a releasable clamping mechanism including a hook configured to receive at least a part of the respective mixing arm, and a clamping element movable between a closed position in which it prevents insertion and extraction of the mixing arm into/from the hook, and an open position in which it is suitable for allowing insertion and extraction of the mixing arm into/from the hook.
Abstract: A scraping and/or mixing assembly for a mixing apparatus for food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products, including a mixing arm element and at least one respective scraping and/or mixing element attached to each other by a quick-release attachment assembly including a support element and a body element connected to the scraping and/or mixing element. The support element and body element are attachable to each other by a first releasable clamping assembly including a first retaining element movable between a clamping position, clamping the support and body elements to each other, and a releasable position. The first releasable clamping assembly includes a first resilient clamping element made integral with one of the body element and the support element and movable between a rest position, wherein it engages the first retaining element to keep it in the clamped position, and a stressed position, wherein it disengages the first retaining element to release it.
Abstract: Disclosed is a machine for stirring, cutting, cooking or processing food under modified atmosphere. A drive shaft is provided in the mixing machine, for putting the product into rotary motion in the processing bowl, said drive shaft having a lower power take-off and being vertically supported by a liner which is integral with the base of the bowl, whereas the opposite end of said shaft is integral with a hub having at least one radial arm, with a liner fitted thereto for supporting and guiding a secondary vertical arm, which may be used for cutting or emulsifying food product, which shaft is integral with a pinion meshing with a crown wheel, said crown wheel being fitted to a sleeve which is coaxial and integral with supporting and guiding liner for the shaft, whereas each secondary shaft may be equipped with at least one epicyclically driven, high-speed mixing or processing tool.
