Abstract: The invention relates to a stacking wire wound resistor and manufacturing method thereof. The stacking wire wound resistor comprises: a ceramic rod having a resistance value, and a basic insulating laser plated thereon, in which the ceramic road is provided with a first end and a second end; a first wire wound resistor, including a first metal wire, having a first wire head and a first wire tail, and wiring surround from the first end to the second end of the ceramic rod, wherein a first insulating layer is plated thereon; and at least a second wire wound resistor, being vertically stacked on the first wire wound resistor and the ceramic rod having a resistor value, and the ceramic rod having a resistor value, the first wire wound resistor and the second wire wound resistor are constituted into a predetermined circuit connection in parallel to raise the ability of anti-surge.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a wire-wound fuse resistor, which has: an insulating rod which has a first end and a second end; one metal wire having a wire head and a wire tail, being helically wound around the insulating rod from the first end to the second end, and being cut at a middle portion thereof to form a first winding wire and a second winding wire, which are separated from each other; a connection part disposed at the cut portion for electrical connection between the first winding wire and the second winding wire, in which the melting temperature of the connection part is lower than that of the one wound metal wire, wherein the connection part is cut off depending on a predetermined melting temperature or melting speed of the wire-wound fuse resistor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a surge-resistant wire-wound resistor and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein soldering points, at which a cap at each end of the wire-wound resistor is soldered, are electroplated with an electroplated metal layer to significantly improve the reliability of soldering points. The surge-resistant wire-wound resistor comprises a ceramic rod; one or more than one wound metal wire; a first cap and a second cap; a first lead wire and a second lead wire, wherein the first cap and the second cap are respectively electroplated to have a first cap electroplated layer and a second cap electroplated layer.
Abstract: A surge arrester, comprising: a resistor body, including a ceramic core and a conductive film, the conductive film being deposited to enclose the ceramic core entirely; two caps, each enclosing one end of the resistor body; an opening, being cut in the middle part of the resistor body to separate the surface of the resistor body into two portions; a porous layer, filled in the opening; and an insulating layer, being coated to protect the porous layer, and the resister body.
