Abstract: The holder for a drinks container includes a holding arm (16) movable from an initial position into a holding position and formed to hold the drinks container around a circumference of the drinks container, a cover (14) movable from a closed position into an open position and a locking device (32,38) for locking the holding arm (16) in the initial position and for unlocking the holding arm (16) when the cover is moved into the open position. In a preferred embodiment the locking device (32,38) includes a slider member (32), a device for displacing the slider member (32) from a first position to a second position when the cover (14) is opened and a detent lug (38) provided on the holding arm (16) that locks the slider member (32) when the holding arm (16) is in the initial position and that unlocks the slider member (32) when the slider member (32) is displaced from the first position to the second position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container (10) for storing a pair of spectacles (54) which can be inserted into the space between a spectacle holder (56) and a pivotable housing lid (20). When the housing lid (20) is closed, two rubber bands (28), which are held under tension in a housing (12) of the container (10) beneath the housing lid (20), press the spectacles (54) against an inner side of the housing lid (20) so that the spectacles (54) are held securely in the housing lid (20) so as not to rattle.

Abstract: A holding device for liquid containers to be installed in motor vehicles has a holder adapted to support a liquid container at its circumferential surface, a drip tray for collecting spilled liquid and adapted to be arranged under the liquid container and movably joined to the holder, and a protective housing. The holder and the drip tray are movable between an inner locked position in which the holder and the drip tray are enclosed, nested into one another, in the protective housing, and an outer locked position in which the holder and the drip tray are sufficiently far apart to enable the liquid container to be placed in the holder.

Abstract: A nail-like fixing element has a shank having a rear end and a front end, and a retaining element provided at the rear end of the shank for clamping an article to a component. The shank has at least one expansion zone extending from the front end in a longitudinal direction of a part of a length of the shank and being formed by a free space. An expansion element is inserted in the free space. The space is formed as a U-shaped longitudinal slot with a base which slopes up toward the front end. The expansion element is formed as a wedge which is located in the longitudinal slot on the base so as to be displaceable towards the front end. The wedge has an outer face provided with teeth which project beyond the shank.

Abstract: A storage container comprises a housing, and a drawer element which is movable between an inserted position and a withdrawn position relative to the housing, the drawer element being formed as a removable lamp which at least in the inserted position is electrically connected with a current source.
