Abstract: A knife includes a blade, a first handle having pivotably coupled to the blade, a second handle pivotably coupled to the blade, the second distal end of the second handle defining a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism, a latch pivotably coupled to the second distal end portion and supporting a locking pin, the locking pin configured to selectively engage each of the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism separately, wherein the first handle and the second handle are each selectively repositionable between an open position and a closed position, wherein in the open position, the first handle and the second handle extend away from the blade, and wherein in the closed position, the first handle and the second handle extend along the blade.
