Abstract: A method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes acquiring an image of a urine test kit equipped with a biochemical sample rod including a plurality of pad cells including a plurality of sub-pad cells, extracting at least one potential RGB value from the image by means of a potential color extractor, and converting and analyzing the at least one potential RGB value using a plurality of color spaces included in a color space conversion engine and a color space analysis engine by means of an analyzing unit. The plurality of color spaces are randomly generated, and a color space having a smallest distance value from the potential RGB value is determined as an optimal color space.
