  • Patent number: 10006538
Abstract: A planetary gearbox includes a sun wheel rotatably supported in a gearbox housing and having an external toothing, a rotatable hollow wheel, and a planetary carrier rotatably mounted in the gearbox housing. Planetary wheel bearings mount planetary wheels on the planetary carrier for rotation about planetary wheel axes of rotation. The planetary wheel bearings have external toothings which engage with the internal toothing of the hollow wheel and the external toothing of the sun wheel. Each planetary wheel bearing includes two annular bearing elements which are traversed by and held in fixed rotative engagement on a planetary wheel pin. The bearing elements have each an outer peripheral surface shaped to define a cone-shaped sliding surface such that tapered ends of the bearing elements point to one another and a running surface of an inner peripheral surface of the planetary wheel corresponds to the sliding surface of the planetary wheel bearing.

  • Patent number: 9951859
Abstract: A gearset includes a gearset housing, a drive shaft, and a radial fan fixed to the drive shaft. Disposed in surrounding relationship to the radial fan is an air-guiding cover which includes a gearset housing section to at least partially cover the gearset housing, a cylindrical section adjoining the gearset housing section and configured to receive an attachment for securement to the drive shaft, and a conical section adjoining the cylindrical section. The conical section of the air-guiding cover is disposed in surrounding relationship to the radial fan directly and without any dead space.

  • Patent number: 9920830
Abstract: A planetary gearbox includes a gearbox housing, a sunwheel rotatable in the housing about a central gearbox axis and having outer teeth, a ringwheel arranged concentrically to the central gearbox axis within the housing and having inner teeth, a planet gear carrier rotatable in the gearbox housing about the central gearbox axis, and a plurality of planet gears mounted on the planet gear carrier for rotation about corresponding planetary gear pins and having outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth on the ringwheel and the outer teeth of the sunwheel. At least one segmented radial sliding bearing supports the planet gear carrier on the gearbox housing and includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced-apart radial sliding bearing segments positioned radially outside the planetary gear pins so that the planet gear carrier is supported by the radial sliding bearing at a position located radially outside the planetary gear pins.

  • Patent number: 6875112
Abstract: An elastic coupling having two coupling sections is provided. A first coupling section has a plurality of spaced-apart pockets disposed along an arc. Elastomeric elements are positively held in the pockets, and the second coupling section has projections that extend into the first coupling section respectively between two adjacent elastomeric elements. The elastomeric elements comprise two regions having different properties. The first region, which extends radially and is held in the pockets of the first coupling section via its ends, is more inherently stable than is the second region for the transmission of a peripheral force. The second region, which respectively faces one of the projections of the second coupling section, is more yielding than is the first region such that deformations can be introduced into the second region with the effect of a slight restoring force.

Abstract: An elastic coupling is provided and has first and second coupling parts that are rotatable relative to one another and engage one another via elastomeric elements. A coupling gap remains between the coupling parts. A marking is disposed on the outer edge of one of the coupling parts, and an indicator plate is disposed on the outer edge of the other of the coupling parts. The marking and indicator plate serve for a determination of a relative angle of torque of the coupling parts, wherein the marking and indicator plate are disposed on the coupling parts such that they are centered relative to one another. The marking and indicator plate abut the coupling gap.

  • Publication number: 20040035664
Abstract: A coupling for connecting a driving machine part and a driven machine part, such as shafts, wheel hubs or the like, includes an intermediate shaft and articulated lever couplings situated at the ends of the intermediate shaft. Each articulated lever coupling has at least three identical articulated levers, which engage via elastic joints situated at their ends with the intermediate shaft and with the adjacent machine parts to be connected. The axes of the elastic joints of each articulated lever are oriented perpendicularly to an axial plane, the axial plane being parallel to the articulated lever and intersecting the axis of the intermediate shaft and the axes of the machine parts to be connected.

  • Patent number: 4630349
Abstract: Two-way transmission gears in which each power branch includes an intermediate shaft, each shaft being mounted for rotation in a different (separate) gear case portion, and in which the power distribution is effected by means of an axially freely adjustable shaft provided with double helical teeth extending in opposite directions, require for the assembling and disassembling thereof and for adjustment purposes at least one gear which is positioned for displacement and adjustment relative to another gear disposed on the same shaft. In the subject matter of the invention, it is contemplated normally to do without a displaceable and adjustable gear, in that the power-distributing shaft provided with pinions having oppositely extending helical teeth is axially displaced or shifted during the assembly or disassembly. A method for assembling two-way transmission gears is disclosed, also.
