    Abstract: A container includes a pair of flexible opposing sidewalls joined together at opposite side edges, and having a closed lower end. A folded perforated dispensing panel is connected to the pair of opposing sidewalls at upper ends thereof, and includes first and second laterally adjacent portions. The first portion is joined to adjacent portions of the pair of opposing sidewalls and has at least one opening therein defining a carrier handle for the container. A seal is above the second portion of the folded perforated dispensing panel.
