Abstract: An arrangement and a method for guide rail adjustment on a conveyor, the arrangement comprising a set of guide rails, a set of mounting elements, which each support at least one moveably suspended guide rail, and means for simultaneous individual adjustment of said set of mounting elements, the means permitting simultaneous adjustment of the position of the guide rails moveably supported by the mounting elements.
Abstract: A work module for connection to a main conveyor line in a conveyor system, in which the work module comprises a first transverse conveyor line, a longitudinal conveyor line and a second transverse conveyor line. The first transverse conveyor line is arranged to transport goods delivered from the main conveyor line to a longitudinal conveyor line in the module. The second transverse conveyor line is arranged to transport goods delivered from the longitudinal conveyor line to the main conveyor line. Further, each of the first transverse, longitudinal and second transverse conveyor lines in the work module comprises an outer conveyor line and an inner conveyor line.
Abstract: Apparatus for controlling units within a flow from at least one incoming feeder track into at least one outgoing feeder track is provided, including at least one shifting unit for controlled shifting of the flow into one or more selectable paths of the outgoing feeder track, wherein the shifting unit is provided with a speed controller for controlling the speeds of the respective units and separation of the units in the longitudinal direction of flow, the separation enabling the controlled shifting.
Abstract: Method for manufacturing a bent curve element and a blank for manufacturing a bent curved metal element for an endless chain conveying track are disclosed. The bent curve element has a support flange intended to constitute a guide rail for a first side of chain elements forming part of the chain conveying track, and a web from which the first flange extends. The web is intended to provide torsional rigidity to the bend element. A bend element is used to make bend unit which in turn is used to make a conveying track.
Abstract: A braking device for a pallet intended to run in a conveying track. The braking device includes a matrix and a braking element. The matrix includes the support service and exterior surface and a recess having various screws and openings. The braking element includes at least two protrusions which are disposed within the grooves of the matrix and project outwardly from the openings of the matrix at various stages of braking.

Abstract: A variable capacity storage unit is disclosed comprising a set of independent conveyor belts superpositioned on top of each other and connected to operate as a single storage unit. The conveyor belts are arranged in a generally H-shaped pattern including two parallel elongated portions and a transverse portion, which is movable along the elongated portions, and include a transfer belt for converting the active portions of each of the conveyor belts into a single unit.

Abstract: Method and blank for manufacturing a curved metal bend element for an endless chain conveying track which comprises a support flange intended to constitute a guide rail for a first side of chain elements forming part of the chain conveying track, and a web from which the said first flange extends, where the said web is intended to provide torsional rigidity in the bend element. The invention also relates to a bend element bend unit and a conveying track manufactured from such a blank.
Abstract: Conveyor for light goods, and connection piece for beam sides of a conveyor. The conveyor has a first supporting guide arrangement (10) for controlling the conveyor chain (11) in an operational direction, a second guide arrangement (17) for controlling the conveyor chain in the return direction, and a deflector wheel arrangement (20) (FIG. 3) at both ends of the first and second guide arrangements. The first guide arrangement (10 ) is made up of beam sides (10a, 10b) which between them form a space which narrows in the direction towards the second guide arrangement (17). A two-part connection piece (12) which has a wedge-shaped element (12a) fixes the position of the beam sides by means of a wedging effect between the wedge-shaped-element of the connection piece and a complementary recess in the second element (12b) of the connection piece. A tensioning bolt (13) inserted at right angles between the plane of the conveyor chain of the guide arrangements generates said wedging effect.

The first guide arrangement (IQ) is made upofbeam sides (10a, 10b) which between them form a space which narrows in the direction towards the second guide arrangement (17). A two-part connection piece (12) which has a wedge-shaped element (12a) fixes the position of the beam sides by means of a wedging etfect between the wedge-shaped-element of the connection piece and a complementary recess in the second element (12b) of the connection piece. A tensioning bolt (13) inserted at right angles between the plane of the conveyor chain of the guide arrangements generates said wedging effect.
Abstract: Deflecting device for a conveyor, comprising at least one profiled element (10) and deflecting devices (25) and in which a continuous conveyor chain is driven in the profiled element and the said deflecting devices. The profiled element comprises a first guide (11, 11′) for the motion of the chain in the direction of a deflecting device and a second guide (12, 12′) for the motion of the chain away from the deflecting device. The said at least one deflecting device has a third guide (26, 29, 40) on a pair of mutually opposing wall elements (25) actively connectable to the first and second guides and comprises a part (30″, 30″) which reverses the motional direction of the chain. Each wall element has a fixture device (30), configured in one piece therewith, for snapping-in of the guide/slide element on both sides of the conveyor.
