Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for sample testing, including biochemical testing for pathogens, biomarkers, or nucleic acids, are provided. These systems, methods, and apparatus may permit asynchronous testing of two or more samples. The apparatus may include a test reaction cap configured to permit sample testing, including instances in which the test reaction cap is coupled to a sample container. The systems, methods, and apparatus may permit testing of a fluid in a sample container using a heating unit with optical detection of sample test results.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the recruitment, registration, or tracking of results associated with individuals who are in close contact with other individuals, for example, individuals who are organization/entity members, are provided. These systems and methods may utilize a mobile application and a cloud-based computing architecture to permit a user to register and identify relationships between individuals or identify relationships between individuals and an organization/entity. The systems and methods may enable generation of information related to registration status, testing participation information, test results, or information related to actions, decisions, or status related to a testing program. The systems and methods may enable an organization/entity to manage staffing or utilization of services based on data from a testing program.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the pooled collection of biological or environmental samples and a testing program are provided. These systems and methods may utilize a mobile application and cloud based computing architecture to permit users to easily create accounts and then initiate or participate in pooled sample collection. The pooled collection events may be logged with the dynamic creation of a manifest of participants in the pool, allowing who is included to be changed when samples are collected while also being tracked. The system and methods further enable the execution and tracking of subsequent steps, including the processing of the samples at a testing lab and delivery of test results back to participants and other entities. The translation of personal identifying information to de-identified information may be done at the time of sample collection, thus enabling an efficient, distributed approach to scaling a testing or screening program.
