Abstract: Methods and systems for managing the provision of services facilitate interactive communication among providers of services to present client status and assist in prioritizing tasks. A visual communication board utilizes a touch screen display and software applications display, track, and optimize client progress through a workflow of procedural states or procedural milestones. Icons represent individual clients and securely store client information while visually indicating client status and are self-managed by a plurality of providers in real-time. The visual communication board indicates the utilization of various service resources and client statuses in real-time.
