  • Publication number: 20140330541
Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for aligning floor plans by an electronic device including accessing at least first and second floor plans of a predefined building structure. First and second reference points are provided on each of the at least first and second floor plans for subsequent alignment of the floor plans. A computation is then performed which aligns the at least first and second floors with one another in accordance with the predefined building structure whereby the first provided reference point of the first floor plan is to be vertically arranged relative to the first reference point provided on the second floor plan and wherein the second provided reference point of the first floor plan is to be vertically arranged relative to the second reference point provided on the second floor plan.

  • Patent number: 6504379
Abstract: A link cable assembly is provided as an interface between a network cable test instrument and a network to be tested. The link cable assembly includes a link cable that is constructed to minimize cross talk and have long-term high quality reliability. Interchangeable connector personality modules releasably attached to the link cable permit testing networks having different electrical characteristics. Calibration data may be stored within the cable assembly to allow intrinsic “patch cord” return loss to be factored out of network cable measurements.
