Abstract: A fluid cooling device in the form of a modular unit has a motor which drives a ventilator wheel and a hydraulic pump which takes fluid from an oil reservoir and delivers it to a hydraulic work circuit. The circuit heats the fluid and sends it to a heat exchanger from which the fluid returns, cooled, to the oil reservoir. The oil reservoir, being shaped like a trough and surrounding at least part of the motor and the hydraulic pump and having high walls in the manner of a half-shell, results in a relatively high-volume oil reservoir with is a part of the fluid cooling device with a compact, space-saving structure by at least partially containing parts of the fluid cooling device to save space.

Abstract: An actuation device for emergency operation of a hydraulically controlled actuator includes a housing with a fluid container connected to the actuator via a connection point and to a hydraulic supply circuit of the actuator via another connection point. A separating piston is guided lengthwise inside the fluid container via a manually operated adjusting device. The piston has a control device for a through-opening joining the connection points to each other. The actuation device provides an economical and simple way of reliably controlling and monitoring the hydraulically controlled actuator in case of malfunction by an adjustment screw screwed or unscrewed on the housing. The screwing path is chosen such that the cooperating separating piston can be displaced between two end positions. The through-opening of the separating piston has a check valve which is opened at one end position and is closed at the other.

Abstract: A proportional power control valve includes a solenoid controlling a main piston. The main piston is in fluid communication, through a feed opening, with the valve intake, and cooperates with a servo-control piston to block the valve intake from the valve outlet. The servo-control piston is part of a cylindrical armature controllable by an electromagnet of the solenoid, and can be moved counter to the bias of a locking spring. The locking spring is guided in a receiving chamber in the cylindrical armature. Since the receiving chamber of the cylindrical armature is in continuous fluid communication with the valve intake through a connection formed in the armature by an attenuation opening, the resulting proportional power control valve allows the continuous adjustment of the volume flow of a pressure medium or pressurized fluid dependent upon the level of electric control current supplied to the electromagnet.

Abstract: A switching device controlling at least one hydraulically operating apparatus has two check valves working in opposition to one another in a feed conduit and a discharge conduit, respectively. The conduits are connected to the operating apparatus, as well as to a pilot valve. Two openable nonreturn valves are connected parallel to the two check valves. The control line of one openable nonreturn valve is connected to the blocking connection of the other openable nonreturn valve. The switching device is especially for controlling a hydraulic cylinder to provide a float setting at low cost, with reliable operation, and with few components.

Abstract: The invention relates to an accumulator charging valve, which for the connection of an inlet P supplying a hydraulic system 10 to an outlet T when an adjustable upper charging pressure in the hydraulic system 10 is reached and for separating this connection when an adjustable lower charging pressure in the hydraulic system 10 is reached, is provided with a control piston 42, which in one of its two switching positions breaks the connection between the inlet P and outlet T and in the other switching position makes this connection. By means of a separating device, a control connection B connecting the hydraulic system 10 to the accumulator charging valve can be separated from the outlet T. On reaching the adjustable upper charging pressure, by means of at least one sealing part of the separating device, the connection forming a leakage point between the control connection B and the outlet T can be sealed hermetically.

Abstract: A two-way flow control valve has an independent adjustment for the volume of a throughput fluid flow and a pick-up of the pressure at the entrance or inlet of the valve. This fluid pressure generates at least one force component acting on a correcting element, opposing the effective force of an accumulator and opposing the effective force of the fluid pressure generated at the outlet of the valve. With the correcting element, the volume of throughput fluid flow can be controlled at the outlet of the valve.

Abstract: A hydraulic single piston pump for manual operation has a piston (3) with a first channel (14, 20) running from piston chamber (7) to the rod chamber (5). The first channel has a check valve (15-19) opening in the return stroke. The piston (3) also has at least one second channel (22, 23, 25) running from the piston chamber (7) to the rod chamber (5). The second channel is configured as a choke bore (23, 25) along at least a part of its length.

A mouthpiece is urged by a spring into connection with the flowthrough element. The rotary valve and each of the flowthrough elements has its own housing part. Abstract: A compact hydraulic pumping and switching apparatus capable of pumping a hydraulic liquid in connection with an operating liquid supply tank, a clean liquid tank and a dirty liquid reservoir tank in three different modes. One mode fills the supply tank and filters the liquid. A second merely filters liquid from the supply tank. And the third drains the supply tank without filtering the liquid. The apparatus comprises a carrier coupling together, into a single unit, a motor, a pump, a filter and a switching device. The switching device has two spherical stop cocks therein, each with a passage comprising two perpendicular portions. The switching device is connected to the supply tank at two connections and to the clean liquid tank and to the dirty liquid reservoir tank at one connection respectively.
