Abstract: A method for forming a communal business hub includes obtaining a sale source center, wherein the sale source center includes an interior office space and a showroom, transforming the interior office space into a plurality of independent business zones, transforming the showroom into a communal business lobby, and occupying at least two of the plurality of independent business zones with a unique business, wherein each of the unique businesses do not compete against one another and each of the unique businesses share the communal business lobby.
