Abstract: In the case of a method for the production of punched parts in web- or sheet-like print substrates, wherein the punched parts are punched in the pass of the print substrates through a punching tool and thereafter provided in the pass through a further tool with a feature which requires a positioning within predetermined limits on them, it is suggested according to the invention that markings are punched out with the punching tool in the print substrates in each case arranged in a tolerance-free manner in terms of their position relatively to the punched parts and that these markings are used in the subsequent processing of the punched parts for guiding the feature mentioned.
Abstract: A multilayer material is provided in a continuous form on a roll having two bearing cover layers and an amorphous coating substance between the cover layers. At least one of the two cover layers is an at least translucent, oriented plastic film and the coating substance contains an adhesive. The multilayer material has an overall thickness (D) preferably in the range of 100-800 ?m, and the coating substance contributes at least 30% to this overall thickness. The adhesive contained in the coating substance is activatable at least once by heat and pressure, but is not sticky at room temperature. Methods for producing such a multilayer material and printing stock that is produced using a section of such a multilayer material are also described.
Abstract: A coplanarly joined print carrier composed of at least two laminar partial print carriers. One of the partial print carriers contains a paper layer. The paper layer of one partial print carrier is attenuated in thickness along an edge strip by removing a partial layer. The other partial print carrier has a lesser thickness along one edge strip than elsewhere. The two partial print carriers are bonded together along their two edge strips. A method suitable for making such a print carrier is also provided.
Abstract: In a printing carrier for transferring confidential information with a transparent film layer onto the front side of which the confidential information can be printed and wherein a concealing means, which considerably complicates the capability to identify the confidential information on the film layer is present behind the film layer, provision is made according to the invention for the film layer to carry on the front side at least one structure imprint, which does not add to the confidential information and which improves the effect of the concealing means due to its irregular area coverage.

Abstract: In a coplanar-joined printing carrier of at least two sheet-like partial printing carriers, wherein one of the partial printing carriers has a paper layer, the invention provides that the paper layer of the one partial printing carrier is weakened in its thickness along a marginal strip by removal of a partial layer, the other partial printing carrier has less thickness along one marginal strip than elsewhere, and the two partial printing carriers are joined together along their two marginal strips. Also described are a method especially suited to the making of such a printing carrier.
Abstract: This invention concerns a form (1) which has an integrated card (3) which can be detached from it. A substrate material (2) is glued to the back of the form at least partly covering the area of the card (3). This substrate material (2) has both a substrate layer (21) and a peeling adhesive layer (22) which loses its stickiness upon being detached. The card (3) is a punched product which is held in the form (1) by the substrate layer (21). The peeling adhesive layer (22) has its normal properties with respect to the substrate layer (21)—when separated from it upon detaching the card (3), it (22) stays with the card (3). As the surface layer of the detached card (3), it can be written or printed upon, even if the back of the card is plasticized by a film (23) embedded in the substrate material. The writing or imprint can no longer easily be modified through the peeling adhesive layer (22). This makes the card considerably more tamper-proof than earlier cards.
Abstract: The form (1) is distinguished in that the integrated detachable card (2) is connected to the material surrounding it at least partly along its external margin in the form by an as [sic] bridge, the material thickness along the bridge being continuously less than the overall thickness of the form. The bridge is preferably formed by a part layer (9), all the remaining part layers (10-13) being severed. The card can be constructed simply, with plastification on one or both sides, as a vignette and/or as a so-called butterfly card. In addition, it may also be part of a self-adhesive label or may contain one.
