The invention further relates to a compound that is able to block the interaction between collagen and JMJD6 protein, in particular the invention relates to a new monoclonal antibody that recognizes JMJD6 and is able to block this interaction.

A conjugate of the antibody with an active ingredient and modified forms of the antigen-binding antibody fragment are also provided. The complete antibody and the antigen-recognising fragment thereof are used alone or conjugated for the treatment and the diagnosis of tumours or tissues associated to the tumour overexpressing the PSMA antigen, preferably prostatic neoplastic diseases.
