Abstract: A 3D fort building kit is a device that can create a variety of structures and shapes. In other words, the device has improved materials and designs with better qualities, that enables kids to build complex 3D structures. To accomplish this, the device includes panels, connectors and utility features that help kids to construct and assemble a structure of their choice in many designs. Further, structures may be constructed in many creative designs by allowing the panels to be connected vertically, horizontally, and at any angle. Furthermore, the constructed structures can be disassembled and constructed again to build other designs safely by kids. Additionally, the device is simple, durable, and light weight enough for young kids to build stable and versatile structures of their choice.

Abstract: A footwear assembly requires a wearer to adjust in order to maintain stability while standing, walking, etc. The assembly includes an outer sole having a flexible shell surrounding a hollow interior substantially filled by a plurality of unconnected, substantially non-deformable particles. Foot pressure applied to the outer sole results in movement of the plurality of particles, and the resiliency of the shell allows it to assume a variety of different configurations based in part on the portion to which pressure is applied. The resiliency of the shell further facilitates normal biasing thereof and the particles therein into a normal, non-compressed orientation. The tendency of the outer sole to assume a variety of different configurations will, in some circumstances, require a wearer to adjust the corresponding foot and/or leg in order to maintain normal stability, at least when foot pressure is applied to the outer sole.

Abstract: A computer assisted method includes selecting a sample of accounts from a historical database of accounts corresponding to deceased debtors, The sample indicates whether or not an estate was found for each deceased debtor. A comprehensive set of credit related variables corresponding to the accounts is obtained from a first source. A comprehensive set of demographic related variables corresponding to the accounts is obtained from a second source. The variables are mapped to the accounts and a computer executable model is created by identifying a subset of variables from the sets of variables and using the subset of variables and sample of accounts such that the model provides a prediction of whether or not an estate exists for a given deceased debtor.

In some embodiments, if a probate estate is not identified for a client debtor, the client debtor is placed in a queue, and the search is performed on a recurring or periodic basis until the probate estate is located or a certain period of time has passed.
