Abstract: The present invention discloses a composition for preparing bio-based elastomer film with high moisture permeability, and a bio-based elastomer film and a laminate therefrom, wherein the composition comprises: 5%-95% bio-based elastomer material, 0-80% resin polymer, 0.01-90% inorganic powder material having a particle size within 100 ?m and/or organic low molecular material having a molecular weight within 2000 Daltons, and 0-10% organic anti-blocking agent (dispersant). The bio-based elastomer film and laminate of the present invention have excellent moisture permeability and mechanical performance, which can be widely used in various fields including outdoor sporting goods, clothing, medical treatment, food packaging and shoe materials, and which are environmentally friendly and green products.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a laminate of thermoplastic resin film with vapor-permeable barrier function, wherein the laminate comprises: at least one layer of thermoplastic resin film having a continuous structure in a thickness of 1-120 ?m with vapor-permeable barrier function; and at least one layer of a natural or chemical product layer, wherein the natural or chemical product layer is a discontinuous film, a non-woven product, an adhesive product, and/or a textile fibre product. In the laminate of the present invention, the gram weight of the product is 1-250 g/m2. The laminate of the present invention is desirable in vapour permeability and diffusivity, has a continuous structure, and can block solid dusts with a size of 5 nm or more, aerosols, bacteria, viruses and liquids. Furthermore, the laminate can have a very good blocking effect, thereby having a protective function.
Abstract: A fluid impervious stitching method for a seam of a vapor-permeable virus-barrier laminate. The laminate comprises: at least one thermoplastic resin fiber layer; at least one vapor-permeable virus-barrier thermoplastic elastomer film layer; and a bonding layer located between the two layers and formed of an adhesive capable of being fused with the two layers. In the stitching method, overlapping or stacking is performed to form a seam, and heat sealing is performed on the laminate at the seam. The temperature of heat sealing is higher than the melting point of a material layer having the highest melting point in the laminate, but lower than the temperature at which perforation or decomposition occurs in any material layer in the laminate. The heat-stitched seam has excellent windproof, vapor-permeable, virus barrier and liquid-barrier performance, has a smooth appearance without wrinkles, and feels soft. Also provided is a protective textile product prepared by means of the stitching method.
