Abstract: A device for lifting and tightening screws includes a transporting unit to move the device to a screw suction position or a screw locking position, a suction nozzle unit, a vacuum generator, and an electronic screwdriver unit. When the device is moved to a position to attract and apply suction to a screw, the suction nozzle unit captures a screw. When the device is moved to the screw locking position, the electronic screwdriver unit tightens the screw. The device prevents the suction nozzle from contacting the workpiece, guides a suction position of the screw, and can function in relation to screw holes surrounded by steps and barriers.

Abstract: A method of alarm of a screw-locking error includes retrieving a confidence interval of screw-locking parameter data of different screw specifications, setting locking parameter data of a screw-locking process according to a range of the confidence intervals, acquiring locking parameter data in real time, collating the acquired locking parameter data, analyzing the collated locking parameter data to obtain normal locking parameter data and abnormal locking parameter data, and analyzing the abnormal locking parameter data to obtain an error type of each abnormal locking parameter data. Abstract: A screw disassembly device includes a driving mechanism, an electric screwdriver, and a collecting mechanism. The driving mechanism is coupled to the electric screwdriver to drive the electric screwdriver to move. The electric screwdriver disassembles a screw and includes a head portion. The head portion adsorbs the screw. The collecting mechanism includes a stripping member, a transfer block, and a receiving box. The transfer block is mounted on the driving mechanism. The transfer block defines a transfer chamber. The head portion movably passes through the transfer block and the transfer chamber. The stripping member clamps the screw within the transfer chamber to remove the screw from the head portion. An inner chamber of the receiving box is coupled to the transfer chamber by the transfer tube. The receiving box generates a negative pressure to suck the screw through the transfer tube into the receiving box.
