  • Patent number: 11933384
Abstract: A splice frame intended to be attached to at least a first end portion of a conveyor belt of a type including a body made of flexible material, inside of which is housed a reinforcement including cables. The splice frame includes retaining members having at least one body configured to extend at least partially transversely with respect to the conveyor belt and anchoring members configured to engage with at least part of the cables so as to secure the body of the retaining members to the first end portion of the conveyor belt. The retaining members include a retention interface for retaining one or more fasteners of a splicing device intended for splicing the first end portion with a second end portion of the conveyor belt when a tensile force is applied between the splicing device and the conveyor belt.

  • Patent number: 11378155
Abstract: A junction plate for a junction device of conveyor belt intended to connect two ends of at least one conveyor belt. The junction device is of a type having at least two junction plates fastened together with the ends of the conveyor belt by fasteners each including a head and an anchoring section. The junction plate includes first interfaces to cooperate with the heads of the fasteners and second interfaces to cooperate with the anchoring sections of the fasteners. The second interfaces are distinct from the first interfaces and include inserts incorporated at least in part in the junction plate. The first and second interfaces are arranged so as to form a succession of patterns which are repeated, and each pattern has as many first interfaces as second interfaces.

  • Patent number: 11378156
Abstract: A junction device for connecting two ends of at least one longitudinal conveyor belt includes at least a first junction plate and a second junction plate which are configured to each cover a distinct side of the ends of the conveyor belt, a fastening device for fastening said junction plates together, and a removable spacer which is suited to be interposed between the wings of the first pair of wings formed by the junction plates, such that the centring hole of the spacer is offset from the junction plane, to free the space delimited between the second pair of wings.

  • Patent number: 11346424
Abstract: A junction device for connecting two ends of a longitudinal conveyor belt includes at least two junction plates configured to each cover a separate side of the ends of the conveyor belt so that said conveyor belt is arranged between the two junction plates in an assembled operational position. The junction plates are secured together by attachment means arranged to pass through a junction plate, one of the ends of the conveyor belt and then the other junction plate, respectively. Each of the junction plates is made of a flexible, resilient material and provided with a reinforcement. The reinforcement is formed by at least one textile layer. The reinforcement is delimited longitudinally by transverse edges. The reinforcement extends transversely relative to said conveyor belt in the assembled position. The transverse edges each have an unweaving support to prevent the unweaving of the reinforcement during usage of the junction device.
