    Abstract: A method and a system for recommending a location-based digital content are provided. The system includes a serving system having a database that stores a plurality of location-based digital contents and relevant hashtags. The system provides a browser program executed in a user device. The browser program is used to connect to the serving system for browsing the location-based digital contents provided by the serving system. In the method, the serving system receives position information from the user device so as to determine a geographic range. After querying the database, location-based digital contents within the geographic range can be obtained. The hashtags associated to the location-based digital contents within the geographic range can be obtained and displayed on the user interface for recommending the location-based digital contents within the geographic range to the user.

    Abstract: A method for dynamically displaying digital content, graphical user interface and a system thereof are provided. The graphical user interface displays multiple points of interest (POI) indicative of links of digital contents in a non-uniform arrangement. On a browsing page, the main POIs can be represented by thumbnails of associated digital contents on the interface. A user can browse the POIs and select one of the POIs via a touch-sensitive means, so as to play the digital contents. While selecting the POI, the POI becomes a center where the other POIs move toward that forms a converging animation effect. Afterwards, the digital contents associated to the selected POI are played sequentially on a playback page. The thumbnail of the POI is refreshed since some digital contents associated to the POI have been played when closing the playback page and returning to the browsing page.

    Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method and a system for processing composited images. The method is operated in a computer. A software-enabled user interface is provided for a user to create a composited image using a touch screen. In the beginning, in response to the user's manipulation, at least two images are retrieved from a database. A background image and a foreground image are selected from the images. The user interface allows the user using a gesture over the background image displayed on the touch screen for generating a series of touch signals covering a specific area. The touch signals render a mask image. The mask is applied to the foreground image. The mask image of the background image covers the foreground image so as to create a new foreground image. The composited image is created when the new foreground image is composited with the background image.

    Abstract: The disclosure is related to a method and a system for removing background of a video. One of the objectives of the method and system is to extract a motion image object from a video. In the method, a plurality of frames is first retrieved from the video. An image processing approach is performed to recognize image features of every frame. A plurality of color blocks for every frame are obtained through the image processing scheme. A variance among the pixels in every color block of two continuous frames can be obtained by a comparison computation, so as to form a color block variance. The color block variance allows the system to determine a motion target object as well as its image contour. The blocks excepting the blocks of the target object are set as transparent blocks. Therefore the background relative to the target object can be removed.

The related technology allows a user to operate a smart device to decide an editing position within a 3D space intuitively, in which the system acquires positioning signals within the 3D space by the device's sensor. A touch panel allows the user to edit the object in the space. A software-implemented means is provided to record the movement and change of the object in the space in addition to recording its position, size, rotary angle, or orientation. An animation within the 3D space is created. For playback, the movement and change of one or more objects within a three-dimensional scene can be reproduced in response to the user's operation using the smart device within the 3D space. The invention implements an intuitive way for editing the scene of the 3D space.
