Abstract: In a method and an evaluation device for the evaluation of projection data of an object being examined, which are determined along a trajectory in a multiplicity of projection positions relative to a co-ordinate origin, a particular trajectory function is determined for the projection positions, for each of a multiplicity of positions from a reconstruction region of dimension n by establishing an offset (d) and a direction vector at the co-ordinate origin, establishing a hyperplane of dimension n?1 which runs perpendicular to the direction vector and has an offset to the co-ordinate origin, establishing a number of intersection points where the hyperplane intersects the trajectory, establishing a derivative vector of the trajectory according to its trajectory path and calculating the derivative vector in the projection position, and establishing an absolute value of a scalar product between the derivative vector and the position and dividing the absolute value by the number.

  • Patent number: 8625638
Abstract: More customization and adaptation of coded data streams may be achieved by processing the information signal such that the various syntax structures obtained by pre-coding the information signal are placed into logical data packets, each of which being associated with a specific data packet type of a predetermined set of data packet types, and by defining a predetermined order of data packet types within one access unit of data packets. The consecutive access units in the data stream may, for example, correspond to different time portions of the information signal. By defining the predetermined order among the data packet types it is possible, at decoder's side, to detect the borders between successive access units even when removable data packets are removed from the data stream on the way from the data stream source to the decoder without incorporation of any hints into the reminder of the data stream.

  • Patent number: 7078778
Abstract: A micromechanical device comprises a substrate and a member which is moveably attached to the substrate, wherein the member is formed in an electrically conductive layer, wherein a first area of the moveable member forms a first electrode, a second area of the moveable member forms a second electrode, and wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically insulated from each other by an electrically insulating third area which penetrates the conductive layer, and wherein the substrate comprises a third electrode which is at least partially arranged opposed to the first electrode and the second electrode.

  • Patent number: 6690927
Abstract: A DECT transmit-receive terminal comprises a plurality of transmit-receive antennas for communicating with a DECT base station, a device for determining the quality of a communications connection between the DECT transmit-receive terminal and the DECT base station, and a means for switching over from one transmit-receive antenna to another transmit-receive antenna, said switch-over means being connected to the determining device for switching over if the quality of the communications connection is below a predetermined threshold. An antenna diversity effect is thus realized for the DECT transmit-receive terminal by means of which the transmission quality of the communications connection is improved.
