Abstract: A composition is hereby described, comprising virgin oil of Cannabis sativa or a derivative thereof, hyaluronic acid, a salt or derivative thereof, and cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Specifically, this composition has proved to be particularly suitable for the treatment of the skin both when affected by lesions, by intervening actively in the process of healing, and when subjected to treatment with radiations, by intervening actively in the prevention and reduction in the incidence of radio-dermatiti and dermatitis induced from the radiations.
