    Abstract: A flotation apparatus having a rotor adapted to be rotated about an axis of rotation, which rotor includes an impeller shaft, e.g. a hollow shaft, having a disc at the end immersed in the pump. The apparatus also includes an effective quantity of stabilizer members which are inclined, at least at the height of the rotor, about a perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rotor.
