Abstract: A method includes receiving by a capacitive touch screen an object code pattern being associated with an object, the object code pattern including at least one conductive part, so that, upon receiving, electric field changes within an area of the capacitive touch screen that interacts with the at least one conductive part. The method further includes detecting the changes in the electric field to produce a virtual object code including an identifier code relating to the object, recognizing the object by comparing the identifier code to a list of identifier codes, providing application data based on the object, and performing using the capacitive touch screen at least one application based on the application data. In addition, a system, an apparatus and a computer program related to the method are presented.
