The fluid deliver system includes a fluid source, a fluid supply tube connected to the fluid source, a movable fluid delivery bar in fluid communication with the fluid supply tube and a drive system attached to the movable fluid delivery bar and configured to move the movable fluid delivery bar relative to the at least one roller brush and along the roller brush bed, wherein the movable fluid delivery bar is configured to spray fluid toward the at least one roller brush as the movable fluid delivery bar is moved along the roller brush bed.

Abstract: A bin washer device disposed along a conveyor that moves bins, includes a support and at least two bin holders, preferably three bin holders, rotatably supported on the support above the conveyor. Two left sprays are provided outside the path of the bin holders and at angles that are perpendicular to one another. Similarly, two right sprays are provided outside the path and at angles perpendicular to one another. The right sprays minor the left sprays whereby that all sides of a bin are washed. A method includes stopping rotation of the support, discharging a bin from a first bin holder and receiving a bin into the first bin holder. The support is then rotated and the bins in the bin holders are washed. The support is again stopped and a bin a discharged from a second bin holder, and a next bin is received in the second bin holder. The support is then rotated and the bins in the bin holders are washed. These steps are repeated for each bin holder and/or until all of the bins have been washed.

Abstract: A stackable container formed from a unitary blank pre-cut and pre-scored with an improved design directed at providing material cost savings while achieving stacking stability and related benefits. The container includes a base with two sets of opposing walls. The first set of walls each include a first panel attached at a lower edge to the base and a second panel attached at an upper edge to the first panel and thereby forming at least one stacking tab having a two-ply thickness. The second set of opposing walls each include an outer panel attached to the base; two center flaps, each attached to the corresponding side edge of the first panel thereby forming a corner; and two inner flaps, each attached the corresponding center flap. The container further includes four reinforcement panels, each attached to the adjacent side edge of the corresponding second panel.

Abstract: A stackable container formed from a single-piece blank pre-cut and pre-scored with an improved design directed at providing material cost savings while achieving stacking stability and related benefits. The container includes a base with two sets of opposing walls. Each wall of the first set incorporates a first panel and a second panel. The first panel is foldably attached at a lower edge to the base and is hinged at an upper edge to the second panel, wherein the upper edge also defines a shoulder. Each wall of the first set further incorporates at least one stacking tab that extends beyond the shoulder. The stacking tabs are two-ply and have a tab base and a sequencing panel. The tab base extend from the first panel and is foldably attached to the sequencing panel, wherein the tab base and the sequencing panel are formed from material cut from the second panel, thereby providing the benefits of two-ply stacking tabs and two-ply walls without expanding size requirements of the blank.
