Patent number: 9734002Abstract: A method and device improve efficiency, depth and reliability of diagnosing technical condition of highly complex objects. The technical effect is achieved by signals received from a diagnosed object (DO). These signals are transformed into a technical condition initial estimate vector for the DO elements. Then, technical condition estimates for the DO elements are specified through a cyclical process and by using a reverse logical model and a direct logical model. A technical condition vector estimate is formed after the cyclical process is completed, and its variable components are used for deciding on technical condition of the diagnosed object elements. The device comprises an interface unit which inputs serve for connecting to the DO data outputs, a measuring unit, an initial estimate forming unit, a switching unit, a reverse triplex logical model and a direct triplex logical model, a result interpretation unit and a control unit.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2015Date of Patent: August 15, 2017Assignees: Federal State Budgetary Institution<Federal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special and Dual Use Intellectual Activity Results>(FSBI<FALPIAR>), Jount-Stock Company“Scientific-Research Institute of Aircraft Equipment” (JSC“SRIAE”)Inventors: Valentin Nikolaevich Bukov, Igor Nikolaevich Averyanov, Andrei Mikhailovich Bronnikov, Andrei Leontyevich Kushnir, Nikolai Ivanovich Selvesyuk

Patent number: 9695807Abstract: The micropump includes continuous cylindrical separating pipes having at least two alternating stages of pipes of small radius and large radius connected in succession. Each pipe of a large radius has one end as a hot zone, and the opposite end as a cold zone. The pipes alternate straight pipes with a large radius and U-shaped curved pipes with a small radius. The relationship of the large radius (R) to the small radius (r) is in a range of R/r=2 to 10000, while the relationship of the temperature (T2) of a hot zone to the temperature (T1) of a cold zone is T2/T1=1.1 to 3.0. The length and radius measurements of a straight pipe and a U-shaped pipe ensure a given change in temperature of the gas from the temperature of the hot zone to the temperature of the cold zone.Type: GrantFiled: February 13, 2012Date of Patent: July 4, 2017Assignees: Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology State University (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, MIPT), Federal State Budgetary Institution, Federal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special and Dual Use Intellectual Activity Results (FSBI-FALPIAR)Inventors: Yury Yrevich Kloss, Feliks Gregorevich Cheremisin, Denis Vladimirovich Martynov

Patent number: 9683797Abstract: The proposed invention relates to small arms, specifically to charging devices for charging magazines with cartridges and to meters for cartridges in box magazines. The technical result consists in providing a universal charging device and meter for cartridges in box magazines which makes it possible to achieve rapid charging and discharging of cartridges to and from said magazines and visual and tactile monitoring of the number of said cartridges in box magazines which have been withdrawn from and inserted in a weapon. The device has a minimal weight and can easily be built into any box magazine of an automatic machine gun or a pistol having a spring-loaded cartridge feed mechanism.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2012Date of Patent: June 20, 2017Assignees: Federal State Budgetary Institution, Fedreal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special and Dual Use Intellectual Activity Results (FSBI-FALPIAR)Inventor: Vitali Vitalevich Boyarkin

Patent number: 9612067Abstract: An automatic handgun has an additional trigger mechanism and a sight. In one version, a draw bar in the butt is hinged to a rotatable fork and to the additional trigger, located on the left of the butt in an L-shaped groove. Upon rotating the fork the spring extends onto the left of the butt, and when the butt is closed onto a catch, the end of the fork grips the main trigger. Rotatable posts lie on the sight. Alternatively, a rotatable lever sits on the lower front of the breech. The lever has a post on which the additional trigger which fixes the horizontal and vertical positions is hinged, and is connected to the main trigger by a draw bar through the inside left of the breech. Shooting accuracy increases and the overall dimensions are reduced.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2014Date of Patent: April 4, 2017Assignees: FSBI-FALPIAR, Vitali Vitalevich BOYARKINInventor: Vitali Vitalevich BOYARKIN

Patent number: 9466220Abstract: Standardized distance minima for longitudinal separation is ensured during flight of a second aircraft behind a first aircraft on take-off or landing of the aircraft on one runway or on two parallel runways located near to each other, or during flight one behind the other at near altitude levels in conditions where there is the risk of turbulence from the vortex wake of the first aircraft possibly being present along the direction of movement of the second aircraft. Continuous monitoring of the level of wake vortex flight safety of the second aircraft is carried out in a buffer zone which surrounds the aircraft and is selected on the basis of the direction of the aircraft outside the standardized distance minimum, taking into account pilot reaction time and the time for the system for controlling the second aircraft to respond to a command to change speed.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2012Date of Patent: October 11, 2016Assignees: FSBI (<<FALPIAR>>), SERGEY VIKTOROVICH ALEKSEEV, NIKOLAY ALEKSEEVICH BARANOV, ANDREI SERGEEVICH BELOTSERKOVSKIY, MIKHAIL IGOREVICH KANEVSKIYInventors: Sergey Viktorovich Alekseev, Nikolay Alekseevich Baranov, Andrei Sergeevich Belotserkovskiy, Mikhail Igorevich Kanevskiy

Patent number: 9128253Abstract: The rotary connector is intended for use in the field of fiber optic communication and information transfer. The rotary optical cable connector includes a housing, in which two units with guide sleeves are arranged opposite one another, each having the ends of optical cables fastened therein. One of the units is able to rotate, and the other is fixed. A prism is situated between the guide sleeves, and retainers in the form of rods with a cruciform cross-section are secured in the sleeves. The optical cables are disposed in the recesses in the aforesaid retainers and the ends of the cables line up with gradient-index lenses. The rotary connector transmits four rotating light beams with minimal loss.Type: GrantFiled: June 22, 2012Date of Patent: September 8, 2015Assignees: Federal State Budgetary Institution <<Federal Agency for Legal Protection of Military, Special and Dual Use Intellectual Activity Results>> (FSBI <<FALPIAR>>), JOINT STOCK COMPANY <<Center VOSPI>>Inventor: Georgy Konstantinovich Makovets
