Abstract: A sit/stand assistance includes a seat, a frame, a lifting device, and a driving device. This lifting device has a fixed portion connected to the frame and a movable portion pivoted with the seat so as to move the seat up or down. The driving device includes a link, a power portion, and a working rod. One of the power portion and the working rod is pivoted with the link. The other one is pivoted with the frame. When the power portion pushes the working rod, the working rod extends out so as to make said seat moving up or tilting. Hence, it can assist a user from a seated position to a standing position. So, it matches a user's continuous sit-to-stand motion. Plus, it can be directly applied on an existing flush toilet.

Abstract: A multi-functional wheel chair comprises a chair seat, a chair leg, two hand supporters, and a back rod. The chair seat includes a chair seat body, and a front side of the chair seat body is formed with an opening. The chair frame is installed below the chair seat and includes a plurality of chair legs, and a lower end of each chair leg is installed with a front wheel and a rear wheel. Two hand supporters each includes a supporter body. A rear side of the supporter body is installed with a handle. Each of the hand supporters is connected to a left and a right side of the chair seat through a first joint device. A back rod includes a rod body. The rod body is connected to a rod frame; the rod frame is connected to the chair frame through a second joint device. The user may be adhered to the rod body of the back rod for cleaning the back. Furthermore, the wheel chair can be moved to be near a commode for cleaning and going to stool.

Abstract: A disposable diaper includes a fluid-impermeable backing layer having a pair of opposite enlarged ends and an intermediate narrowed portion integrally formed therebetween. An absorbent core has a size that is smaller than and in conformity with the size of the backing layer. The absorbent core is disposed at one side on an inner surface of the backing layer. An adhesive unit is disposed at an outer surface of the backing layer. A fluid-permeable facing layer is positioned on the other side of the absorbent core and encompasses the absorbent core. The facing layer is provided with a pair of longitudinal hollow members which extend along the length of the disposable diaper. The facing layer is attached at an edge other than the edge portion forming the hollow members to a corresponding edge of the backing layer. A plurality of elastic elements are received within and are secured to a middle portion of each of the hollow members.
