    Abstract: An electric lock includes an outer door assembly, a nexus, an inner door assembly, and a latch bolt. The outer lock assembly is arranged to an outer side of a door. The nexus is connected to the outer door assembly. The inner door assembly is connected to the nexus and arranged to an inner side of the door. The latch bolt is connected to a latch bolt retaining unit of the nexus. An actuator of the nexus will move an engagement rod and a protruded block forward to engage an outer handle to the nexus for opening the door when inputting a correct password to the electric lock. The door can be opened by a proper key also. The nexus will be isolated from the outer handle to prevent damage to the nexus when a user does not have a right key and a correct password to the electric lock.

    Abstract: A hidden lock locked to an inner side of a doorplate comprises a top seat assembly; a top rod; the top seat assembly being assembled to the top rod; a linking rod installed to a lower side of the top rod; a lower rod; a lower head; a top seat assembly; a resisting unit. The connecting shaft having a groove, plurality of slots, a plurality of holes, an upper engaging tube and a lower engaging tube. A bent stop is extended from the resisting unit. When a top rod reduces inwards, the stop will resist against a neck of the top rod to prevent a lower head to contact the ground. A pin device is installed for retaining the lock in high temperature.

    Abstract: A door lock device includes a striker plate for engaging with a latch of a base, and a pawl pivotally secured to the latch and having a tongue biased to lock the latch to the base, to prevent the latch from being rotated relative to the base. A beam is engageable with the pawl for preventing the pawl from moving out of the latch. A bar is biased to engage with the pawl. A catch is pivotally supported on the base has two recesses for selectively receiving the bar in a lower and an upper position. A lever is pivotally secured to the base and has one end for moving the pawl into the latch.
