  • Patent number: 7510130
Abstract: A method provides in a fluid device an orifice aperture having an exact aperture size and easy changeability of that size. While being brought into communication with a connecting pipe through an intersecting inner aperture drilled in a lower plate of a device main body, two inner apertures with their one ends opening to a recessed portion are each provided with a female thread. An orifice member provided with a through-hole having an inside diameter corresponding to an orifice aperture and communicating with a hexagon socket into which a hexagon bar spanner wrench is internally fit, is threaded into each female thread whereby the orifice member is mounted. Finally, a covering member is sealingly threaded into an opening of the other end of each inner aperture. Air supplied from the connecting pipe passes through the through-hole serving as the orifice aperture and is blown into oil stored within the recessed portion from an end opening.

  • Patent number: 6886600
Abstract: A piping device for use in a cutting oil coater includes an oil supply path, a narrower path connected with the oil supply path and having an inside diameter smaller than that of the oil supply path, an oil tube, for feeding liquid oil to the oil supply path, a gas tube for feeding a gas to the oil supply path, where it mixes with the oil and changes it into a droplet state, an air space into which the oil is discharged from the narrower path, and is changed into a spray, a wall defining the air space having a recess, and a plurality of branch paths into which the oil impinges on the recess flows, with a substantially even flow distribution in each branch path, wherein a vertex of the recess and an end of the narrower path face each other. The apparatus suppresses an uneven distribution of flow rate of oil discharged into the air space.

Abstract: This invention relates in general to a fluid device and to a method of changing the aperture size of an orifice aperture. The invention relates in particular to a technique capable of easily forming an orifice aperture having an exact aperture size and easily making a change in the orifice aperture size. While being brought into communication with a connecting pipe 83 through an intersecting inner aperture 633 drilled in a lower plate 63 of a device main body 6, two inner apertures 632, 632 with their one ends opening to a recessed portion 631 are each provided with a female thread 634. An orifice member 4 provide with a through-hole 412 having a corresponding inside diameter to an orifice aperture and communicating with a hexagon socket into which a hexagon bar spanner wrench 16 is internally fit, is threaded into each female thread 634, whereby the orifice member 4 is mounted. Finally, a covering member 15 is sealingly threaded into an opening of the other end of each inner aperture.

  • Patent number: 6679484
Abstract: A liquid coater generating mists from liquid in a container and discharging the mists to the outside of the container. The liquid coater includes a lower nozzle having a gas injection port in the liquid, an upper nozzle having a gas injection port in the upper part of the container, and a mist conveying passage provided in the upper part of the container. The mist conveying passage conveys mists in the container to the outside of the container, and the mists are generated by injecting gas from the gas injection port of the lower nozzle. In addition, the gas injection port of the upper nozzle and the gas injection port of the lower nozzle are arranged so that gas is injected toward an inner-wall side face of the container from both the gas injection ports.

  • Patent number: 6659370
Abstract: A liquid spray device, comprising a container (1), a spray injection nozzle (2) for injecting oil spray into the container (1), a spray feeding path (5) for feeding oil spray in the container (1) to the outside of the container (1), oil (11) stored in the container (1), a gas exhaust port provided in the oil (11) by discharging gas into the oil (11), whereby the flow velocity of the oil spray in the spray feeding path can be increased and the amount of oil spray can be increased because an internal pressure of the container can be increased and an oil spray different from the oil spray from the spray injection nozzle can be produced.

  • Publication number: 20030155030
Abstract: A piping device of the present invention includes an oil supply path, a narrower path connected with the oil supply path and having an inside diameter smaller than that of the oil supply path, an air space into which the oil is discharged from the narrower path, a wall defining the air space having a recess, and a plurality of branch paths into which the oil having impinged on the recess flows, wherein a vertex of the recess and an end of the narrower path face each other. This configuration makes it possible to suppress the uneven distribution of a flow rate of oil discharged into the air space. Furthermore, since the vertex of the recess and the end of the narrower path face each other, the discharged flow in which the uneven distribution of the oil flow rate is suppressed can be diverted with respect to the vertex of the recess as the center of the diversion. Thus, it is possible to allow flow rates of oil flowing into the respective branch paths to be substantially uniform with a simple configuration.

  • Publication number: 20030000771
Abstract: A liquid coater which includes a mist feed tube (5) for feeding oil mist into an airtight container (2), an air hose (10) for feeding air into the airtight container (2) and a mist conveyor pipe (11) for conveying the oil mist pressurized by air inside the airtight container (2) to the outside of the container. Therefore, droplets and large mist particles can be trapped inside the container from the mist feed tube (5), and the mist can be conveyed at a high speed. The liquid coater has excellent applicability. The mist feed tube (5) has a double tube structure comprising an air tube (7) in which air flows, and an oil tube (6) which extends in the air tube (7) and in which the oil flows. The distal end of the oil tube (6) is positioned more inward than the distal end of the air tube (7), so that the oil mist can be fed by a simple construction.
