An enteric soft capsule is manufactured by the following steps (a) and (b): (a) preparing an enteric capsule shell liquid comprising gelatin and low methoxyl pectin having a degree of amidation of 5 to 25%, and (b) encapsulating capsule fills using the enteric capsule shell liquid prepared in the step (a) by stamping.
