Abstract: A soldering device includes a detection sensor which can detect a liquid level height of molten solder inside a solder bath. It is determined whether or not a detection height which is the detected liquid level height is greater than or equal to a first set height which is arbitrarily set. In a case where the detection height is greater than or equal to the first set height, it is estimated that the amount of molten solder capable of performing a soldering work for a predetermined number or more of boards is stored in the solder bath. The amount of molten solder stored in the solder bath is estimated by multiplying a difference between a detection height which is the detected liquid level height of the molten solder and a second set height which is preset, by an area inside the solder bath in a horizontal direction.

Abstract: Provided is a feeder management device that appropriately controls editing of management information related to feeders so as to prevent electronic components of an incorrect type being supplied. The feeder management device includes: a data management section including management data in which a component type of an electronic component loaded on each of the feeders is linked to an identification code that specifies each of the multiple feeders; and an editing control section configured to determine whether editing is allowable based on a loading state of the electronic component on the feeder in a case in which editing of the management information is attempted to be performed in accordance with a change to the component type linked to the identification code of the feeder.

Abstract: An object is to provide a nozzle management device and a control method of a nozzle management device capable of shortening a time required for an exchange operation of suction nozzles. In an exchange operation, a control device of the nozzle management device transfers some of multiple suction nozzles serving as storage targets to an empty first socket, and thereafter, controls an operation of a nozzle transfer device so as to alternately and repeatedly perform a loading operation for transferring the suction nozzle designated corresponding to a socket of the nozzle station which is emptied out by the transferred suction nozzle, from the pallet, and an unloading operation for transferring the suction nozzles serving as the storage targets from the nozzle station to the socket which is emptied out by the loading operation.
Abstract: A setup support device that improves the efficiency of setup of a component mounter by guiding supplying of feeders to a component supply device as preparation for setting of the feeders. The support setup device includes: a preparation cart on which are loaded multiple of the feeders used to perform multiple production jobs; and a feeder identifying section configured to identify multiple of the feeders to be set on a component supply device among the multiple feeders loaded on the preparation cart. The preparation cart includes a guidance section configured to issue guidance all at once for the identified multiple feeders to an operator performing the setup so as to supply the identified multiple feeders to the component supply device as preparation for setting the identified multiple feeders on the component supply device.

Abstract: In a board work machine that performs board work with reference to a reference mark provided on a board, in a case of performing board work with respect to a board provided with overall reference mark and local area reference mark that acts as a reference for a local area as reference marks, when recognizing the reference marks by imaging, checking is performed as to whether a recognized reference mark is recognized correctly. For this checking, when checking whether the position deviation amount from a normal position and the relative position deviation amount of an imaging target identified as a reference mark is within the range of a set tolerance, set tolerances for a local area reference mark are smaller than set tolerances for an overall reference mark.
Abstract: A component mounting device performs measurement of a position of a reference section of a head and measurement of calibration data of the head, and the calibration data of the head and the position of the reference section are stored in association. The component mounting device controls operation of the head holding body in which the head is held based on the calibration data of the head and the position of the reference section. In a case where it is not necessary to generate the calibration data of the predetermined head, the component mounting device measures the position of the reference section, and controls operation of the head holding body in which the head is held based on the measured position of the reference section, the position of the reference section which is stored, and the calibration data of the head.
Abstract: A component picked up by a suction nozzle of a component mounting machine is imaged by a camera, the captured image is processed by an image recognition system to recognize the component, the image is determined to be normal or abnormal based on the recognition result, and in addition to classifying the image as a normal image or an abnormal image and storing the image in a storage device, component mounting boards, unloaded from a component mounting machine, are inspected with an inspection device. A stored image reclassification computer acquires the inspection result from the inspection device, reclassifies the normal image stored in the storage device, based on the inspection result, as an image whose determination as a normal image is suspect or as an image whose determination as a normal image is not suspect, and then stores the normal image in the storage device.

Abstract: A solder supply device is provided with solder cup housing liquid solder that is tubular and open at one end, a positive/negative pressure supply device capable of controlling the pressure inside the solder cup, a supply nozzle for dispensing solder from the solder cup, and a solder cutting device that cuts solder supplied from the supply nozzle by ejecting compressed air. Solder is supplied from the supply nozzle by increasing the pressure inside the solder cup using the positive/negative pressure supply device. When stopping the supply of solder from the supply nozzle, the pressure inside the solder cup is decreased using the positive/negative pressure supply device, and solder is cut by the solder cutting device to match the timing of pressure inside the solder cup decreasing.
Abstract: A technique capable of reducing wiring is provided. The mounting apparatus includes a display input device capable of displaying an image of multiple selection items for controlling the operation of the mounting apparatus and for inputting commands for selecting any selection item from the multiple displayed selection items, a control device, and a single cable connecting the display input device and the control device. When a command for selecting the selection item is inputted, the display input device transmits a command signal corresponding to the inputted command to the control device via the cable. In addition to transmitting a video signal for displaying the multiple selection items to the display input device via the cable, the control device updates the video signal based on the command signal received from the display input device and transmits the updated video signal to the display input device.

Abstract: An additional type reel holding device configured to be attached to a component supply device provided on a component mounter, the component supply device including multiple feeder devices and a standard reel holding section configured to hold multiple tape reels in a rotatable and exchangeable manner. The additional type reel holding device is attached as an addition to the standard reel holding section, holds additional tape reels different to the tape reels held by the standard reel holding section in a rotatable and exchangeable manner, and supplies the carrier tapes wound on the additional tape reels to the feeder devices. Thus, it is possible to increase the overall quantity of carrier tapes supplied to feeder devices from the standard reel holding section and the additional type reel holding device.
Abstract: In a component mounter provided with a holding tool configured to hold leaded component, a moving device configured to move the holding tool, and an imaging device configured to image a leaded component held by the holding tool, the lengths of the pair of leads of leaded component are different. With respect to this, operation of the moving devices is controlled based on imaging data of the leaded component captured by the imaging device, and the tip section of long lead of the pair of leads of the leaded component held by the holding tool is inserted in a through-hole. Next, leaded component is moved such that short lead is positioned above a through-hole, and the short lead is inserted into the through-hole. That is, the pair of leads are inserted into the through-holes in order of proximity of the tips to circuit board, closer leads being inserted earlier.

Abstract: A suction nozzle includes a suction pad portion at a tip of an air pipe formed to be larger than the air pipe, in which a resistance cavity which causes resistance and decreases air flow speed when a positive pressure is applied is formed between a flow path and a cavity portion. In the suction nozzle, since the resistance cavity is formed, a positive pressure is applied by the air whose flow speed is suppressed and the suction release of the component is performed. The resistance cavity may be a cavity having a slit shape.
