Abstract: A physical training system includes a belt having a belt attachment member and a first band attachment loop for an elastomeric belt. The belt attachment member is moveably positioned on the belt and at least partially encircles the belt. The belt attachment member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending completely across a width of the belt on the outer side of the belt, and the second portion extending at least partially across the width of the belt on the inner side of the belt. The first band attachment loop is moveably connected to the belt attachment member. The elastomeric band extends through the first band attachment loop. A foot coupling includes at least one flexible strap and a second band attachment loop. The elastomeric band extends between the foot coupling and the belt attachment member.

Abstract: A physical training system configured to be worn on a human body includes an article of footwear configured to receive a foot. A medial connection member is disposed on the medial side of the article of footwear and a lateral connection member is disposed on the lateral side of the article of footwear opposite the first connection member. The dorsal side of the article of footwear extends between the medial connection member and the lateral connection member. The physical training system further includes a torso member configured to engage the torso of the wearer. At least one elastic resistance band extends between the lateral connection member and the torso member and between the medial connection member and the torso member.

Abstract: Footwear for use in resistance band training includes plural spaced straps extending loosely over the instep. Each strap is circumscribed by a connection ring freely movable along the strap such that, when the ring is pulled by an applied force, the ring traverses the strap and is repositioned according to the direction of the force. The user may alternatively select any of the straps to engage a resistance band. A belt for connection to the straps includes a band connection ring movable to different positions on the belt. A pad may be positioned over a front belt ring to comfortably project the band away from the user's body. The footwear and belt may be used with a vest connected to limbs and extremities to body parts for a full body workout.
