    Abstract: A device for storing a plurality of cryo-grid storage boxes in a dewar, comprising a substantially cylindrical body having a diameter, wherein said diameter is such that the device fits substantially exactly in a dewar canister, and said cylindrical body comprises a plurality of storage holes, the cross-sectional dimensions of the storage holes being adapted to a standard-size cryo-grid storage box such that each storage hole fits at least one standard-size cryo-grid storage box.
