The invention comprises a fillable container to contain the infusing material and the liquid to be infused and a cooling system to maintain the temperature of the liquid at a desired level during infusion. The preferred embodiment can easily be connected to an existing beer faucet mount and has transparent sides to allow the customer to visibly observe the liquid as it is being infused.
