Abstract: A user equipment (UE) performing transmit power control (TPC) transmission slot assignment includes a receiver, a determining means and a slot allocator. The UE receives one or more TPC commands from two or more radio links, determines a TPC combining period in accordance with a primary slot position, wherein a primary TPC symbol transmission of the primary radio link is present at the primary slot position; a slot allocator that allocates a secondary slot position for a secondary TPC symbol transmission of the secondary radio link in accordance with the TPC combining period. A method and a radio base station are also included herein.

Abstract: A method implemented in an integrated edge node for performing routing functions and network appliance services at the edge of a network, the method comprising disassociating a first network feature from a port, creating a plurality of first internal virtual ports, associating the plurality of first internal virtual ports to a first network appliance service component and a core unit component, mapping the plurality first internal virtual ports to each other and to a plurality of ports, constructing an internal path comprising at least one port, a subset of the plurality of internal virtual ports, the network appliance service component, and the core unit component, and associating the first network feature to the internal path.

Abstract: There is disclosed a method, apparatus and computer program product for prediction mode selection for coding a block of a depth map. An ordered list of coding modes is obtained, wherein the ordered list of coding modes comprises a plurality of coding modes each of which is capable of being used for coding of the block. A plurality of depth modeling modes (DMMs) each of which is capable of being used for coding of the block are obtained. And whether a DMM of the plurality of DMMs is to be added into the ordered list of coding modes in accordance with a decision condition is determined.

Abstract: A system including a cell controller and a method for dynamic inter-cell interference coordination based on a strong interference neighbor relationship table (SI-NRT) are provided. In the method, the cell controller generates a SI-NRT based on a predefined threshold value and interferences from a plurality of neighbor cells. The cell controller determines whether a cell needs additional high power frequency band and determines whether there is available high power frequency band in the plurality of neighboring cells based on the SI-NRT.
