Abstract: A spigot device for a liquid container includes a single-piece molded conduit confining a primary passage and a channel which are surrounded by an outer surrounding wall and which are not communicated with each other within the conduit. An intake end of each of the primary passage and the channel is in fluid communication with a bottom outlet of the container. An exit end of the primary passage is in fluid communication with a fluid passage in which a valve body is disposed to control flow of liquid from the container into a spout. An upright branch tube is in fluid communication with the channel to permit the liquid in the container to flow into the branch tube so that the level of the liquid in the container can be monitored by observing the level of the liquid in the branch tube.

Abstract: A thermos includes a container detachably mounted on a stand via a coupling member that is formed with a plurality of angularly spaced apart elongated slots, each of which has an enlarged end and a reduced extension. A plurality of studs project from a top seat of the stand into the elongated slots, respectively. The container is rotatable relative to the stand between an engaging position, in which each stud anchors on the reduced extension of a respective one of the slots, and a disengaging position, in which each stud is aligned with the enlarged end of the respective one of the slots.

Abstract: A plurality of insulating jugs are stackable one over the other. Each of the insulating jugs includes a jug body and a lid. The jug body has a top, a bottom, a receiving chamber, and a pouring opening disposed adjacent to a top of the jug body over the receiving chamber. The lid is disposed on the top of the jug body and has a seat member engaging the jug body over the pouring opening, a displaceable closure member disposed below the seat member and movable to close and open the pouring opening, and an operating lever extending over the seat member and connected to the closure member to actuate the closure member. A hollow cap is disposed over the seat member. The cap has a slot for outward extension of the operating lever from the closure member, and an upwardly projecting central boss. The central boss has a flat top face that is substantially flush with a part of the operating lever when the operating lever closes the pouring opening.

Abstract: A cap assembly includes a valve seat member having a tubular outer wall adapted to be mounted on an open top end of a container, and an inner tube disposed in the outer wall and having an axis parallel to an axis of the outer wall. The inner tube has a bottom end formed with an aperture. The outer wall is formed with a radial outlet. The valve seat member further has an L-shaped fluid conduit with an open bottom end that is adapted to communicate an interior of the container with the radial outlet. A stem member extends upwardly through the inner tube via the aperture and has a bottom end provided with a valve piece. The stem member is biased such that the valve piece seals the open bottom end of the fluid conduit. A cap body has a top portion formed with an opening, and a peripheral portion mounted on a top end of the outer wall of the valve seat member.
