  • Patent number: 12252913
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention are directed to a door securement device for securing a door to a door frame having a front door frame wall, the door having a first fastener attached thereto and the frame having a second fastener attached thereto. The door securement device can include a top wall, a first side wall extending substantially perpendicularly outwardly from the top wall, a second side wall extending substantially perpendicularly outwardly from the top wall, and substantially perpendicularly from the first side wall. The door securement device can also include a first slot defined in the first side wall and a second slot defined in the second side wall. The first and second slot portions can be sized and shaped to retain respective heads of the first and second fasteners.

  • Patent number: 9691611
Abstract: A method and apparatus for fabricating two-dimensional layered chalcogenide film are provided. A catalyst gas, a metal-based precursor gas and a chalcogen-based precursor gas are ionized with external stimuli to generate energetic particles which facilitate a chalcogen-substitution reaction of a metal-based precursor gas in a reaction chamber to form uniform two-dimensional layered chalcogenide film of at least a single crystalline layer via chemical vapor deposition.

  • Publication number: 20170044667
Abstract: A photo-assisted atomic layer deposition method includes the following steps: preparing a processing system having a processing chamber and a first gas input channel connecting the processing chamber, and the first gas input channel having a pre-chamber with a transparent side wall; introducing a first gas into the pre-chamber; illuminating the interior space of the pre-chamber by ultraviolet light via the transparent side wall; and injecting the first gas illuminated by the ultraviolet light into the processing chamber. The reactivity of the first gas can be promoted by the illumination of the ultraviolet light in the pre-chamber, so that the first gas illuminated by the ultraviolet light becomes more active to react completely in the process of film depositions, with reduced ligand residues in the deposited films.

  • Patent number: 9051958
Abstract: A bolt (1) includes a screw (3) and an insert (2) which can be inserted in the opening (19) of a wall (5). The insert (2) includes an insert head (6) and a shaft (7) including a recess (8), the insert head (6) and the recess (8) being configured such as to, after deforming the recess (8), crimp the insert (7) on the wall (5). The screw (3) includes a break ring (14) designed for engaging with the insert head (6), directly or indirectly, with a view to deforming the recess (8) by rotating the screw and thus to obtain the crimping, and designed such that, once crimping is complete, the ring breaks and releases the screw (3) from the insert head (6), thus making it possible to clamp an accessory (4) to the wall (5). The invention also includes an assembly method using a bolt (1) according to the invention.

  • Publication number: 20100121236
Abstract: The present invention includes a support system for surgical patients, a convertible support for surgical patients, and a method for providing a convertible support for surgical patients. The support system comprises an arm cradle adapted to hold an arm of a patient at an angle when the patient is in a supine position and a side bolster adapted to be positioned against a side of a patient opposite the arm cradle. The side bolster is adapted to stabilize the patient in the supine position. The arm cradle is adapted to hold an arm of a patient at an angle conducive to recovery from shoulder surgery when the patient is in a supine position. The arm cradle is also adapted to be worn as a sling when the patient is ambulatory. The arm cradle, side bolster, and an optional head support may be secured to a mat in a temporary manner.
