Abstract: An unmanned store product checkout device according to one embodiment may include a conveying unit that conveys products, a product recognition unit that recognizes that the products have been placed on the conveying unit, a scanning unit that scans barcodes and images of the products conveyed by the conveying unit, a weight sensor that measures weights of the scanned products, a processor that identifies the products, a product sorting unit that sorts the products into a first zone or a second zone based on a result of identifying the products, and a checkout unit that calculates a total price by adding up a first price, which is a sum of prices of the products sorted into the first zone, and a second price, which is a sum of prices of the products sorted into the second zone and checked by an administrator.
Abstract: A method for managing files is provided. The method includes steps of: a file managing device (a) detecting a system call corresponding to a file access request from a program executed by the device; and (b) performing, by referring to the detected system call and parameters thereof, at least one of (i) execution of a procedure corresponding to the system call and (ii) supporting execution of the procedure corresponding to the system call, based on at least one file management policy; wherein the policy includes a local file naming policy to determine at least one of a file name and a file path among the parameters, by referring to an attribute thereof, which has at least part of a creation date and time, a modification date and time, a type, a name, an owner, a creator, an access privilege, origin information, version, situational information, a keyword and a subtitle.
Abstract: A method for managing attribute information of a file and a computing device using the same is provided. The method includes steps of: (a) a first computing device receiving a file with a first origin information inserted into attribute information thereof from a second computing device or from a third computing device connected via the second computing device; and (b) the first computing device instructing a file system to acquire a second origin information from information related to the first computing device, the second computing device, or the third computing device connected via the second computing device, and to insert the second origin information into the attribute information of the file along the first origin information therein.
