    Abstract: An improved method and improved apparatus for drying resins which are suitable for being molded through the use of microwave energy and forced hot dry air are disclosed. The improved method and apparatus are particularly useful for drying plastic resins which are to be molded by an injection molding process. A particular embodiment of the improved apparatus showing the advanced improvement is disclosed, as are particularly desirable microwave traps and apparatus for producing the proper microwaves.
