Patents Assigned to Gammon Technical Products, Inc.
  • Patent number: 8935962
Abstract: A sensor assembly including a flexible member having a first end and a second end, a rotating member connected to the second end of the flexible member, a positional element disposed on the rotating member, and a sensor capable of sensing a movement of the positional element. A movement of the second end of the flexible member allows the rotating member and the positional element to rotate.

  • Patent number: 8141440
Abstract: A closed loop system for obtaining a sample of a fluid from a source of fluid is disclosed, the system including a collection vessel having a fluid chamber disposed therein. A valve assembly is disposed within the collection vessel and adapted to selectively open and close a fluid communication path between the fluid chamber and an associated fluid receptacle. An inlet provides a fluid communication path between the source of fluid and the fluid chamber, and an outlet provides a fluid communication path between the fluid chamber and a fluid recovery system.

  • Patent number: 8091575
Abstract: A valve system for monitoring and controlling a flow of a fluid additive into a main fluid line is disclosed. The system includes a pump that provides a constant flow of the additive from a fluid reservoir through a supply conduit into the main fluid line. A portion of the fluid additive may be diverted into one or more return conduits leading back to the reservoir by opening a solenoid actuated valve in the return conduit. Flow meters are employed to detect the flow rates of the fluids in the supply conduit and the main fluid line. The flow meters provide signals to a control system, which are effective to control the operation of the solenoid actuated valves to maintain a desired flow of the additive into the main fluid line.

  • Patent number: 7523645
Abstract: A water detector probe is disclosed which can be wetted with a small quantity of water and including a manually operated screw-type pump to force the water into an electrically conductive central passageway and thence into contact with the fuel side and, as well as, the grounded main body of the probe to complete an electrical circuit which, in turn, controls fuel flow to an aircraft, for example.
